The event will be based on the book, Search Inside Yourself, written by Chade Meng Tan, a former Google Software Engineer, leader and philanthropist. Come learn some of the techniques mentioned in the book to better understand your own emotions to work towards achieving an overall happier state of life.
Once you’ve registered, a PDF handout will be emailed to you, this will allow you to prepare ahead and kickstart your thought process to get the most out of the event. During the event, we will be working together through several exercises and you'll be hearing from others and given the chance to bounce ideas around.
